About Us

The New York State Association of City Court Judges (NYSACCJ) is an organization of approximately 180 sitting and retired city court judges. City court judges comprise approximately 15% of all sitting judges in New York State.

Tracking Legislation:

NYSACCJ tracks legislation at the state level and works with the Office of Court Administration Committee on City Courts to draft legislation to improve the administration of justice in City Courts throughout New York State.

Liaison with Government Agencies & Bar Associations:
NYSACCJ works with state agencies, local and state bar associations and other judicial associations to improve court efficiency and increase communication on issues of mutual concern.

Annual Association Meeting:
NYSACCJ provides an opportunity to learn and share experiences with fellow judges. The camaraderie and recreational activities provided for the judges and their families make the annual meeting a much anticipated event for participants each year.

The Annual Association Meeting for 2024 will be held:

 October 6-8, 2024

 The Sagamore, Bolton Landing, NY 12814

 The annual meeting will include Judicial Education Programs and recreational activities.

In addition to being able to indulge in all the Sagamore has to offer, the annual meeting is an excellent opportunity to renew old acquaintances, make new friends and form future contacts with other City Court Judges.
